Flu Clinic at HaHS

Influenza, also known as the flu, is a serious illness that affects people of all ages. One of the best ways to prevent the flu is through vaccinations. Once again, we will work with the Maryland Partnership for Prevention to offer flu vaccinations at Hammond. The flu clinic at Hammond High will be held on October 9th. If you want your child to be vaccinated, fill out the consent that was sent home with your child or the online consent at http://www.vaccineconsent.com. Do NOT fill out both. We need to have your consents completed or returned no later than September 21st.
