SENIOR PORTRAITS
There are no more portrait dates scheduled at Hammond High. Students who have not taken a portrait but wish to be included in the yearbook must contact Lifetouch Customer Service to schedule an appointment at their studio. All senior portraits (Lifetouch or outside studio) must be submitted by Friday, January 31st, 2020, or they will not be included in the yearbook. Email outside studio portraits to yearbook advisor, Samantha Filipiak, at samantha_filipiak@hcpss.org by this date.
Don’t forget to pick your preference for your senior portrait for the 2020 yearbook! Go to http://shop.prestigeportraits.com. Create an account with the Access Code and Session ID provided to you in your mailed proofs. Once logged in, click on Yearbook Pose at the top of the page. Here, select your favorite pose to be included in the Yearbook and click Continue. You must choose one of the traditional poses with the blue background and no props.
Portrait preferences must be selected by Friday, February 14th, 2020. If you do not make a selection, the Lifetouch default selection will be included in the yearbook. If you have any questions or issues, please contact Lifetouch Customer Service at 1-800-445-1189.
NAME SPELLING
Check in with guidance to make sure your name is spelled correctly on your diploma and in the yearbook. See Mrs. McQueen in guidance ASAP if you need to make changes to what is displayed in your Synergy account. If you have questions, see Mrs. Filipiak.
BABY PICTURES & SENIOR SELFIES
Submit senior baby pictures and senior selfies in order to be included in the senior section of this year’s yearbook by Friday, February 14th, 2020. Make sure that your image is of a good quality and large file size, and email it to hammondhsyearbook@gmail.com. In your email, be sure to include your name. Space is first come, first serve, so get your pictures in ASAP. If you need help scanning in a picture, see Mrs. Filipiak with your image.
