Graduation Date - May 27 at 2pm

Hammond High School's Class of 2022 will graduate at Merriweather Post Pavilion on Friday, May 27 at 2:00pm!  The last day for seniors is Thursday, May 26th. The schedule for senior exams, graduation rehearsals, and celebrations will be released shortly. As will information regarding tickets. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Class of 2022 Graduation Rehearsal Schedule

ATTENTION: Class of 2022 - Here is your Graduation Rehearsal Schedule!! All seniors should plan to attend ALL rehearsals for their entirety. Missing a rehearsal may result in exclusion from the Graduation ceremony! Please plan accordingly!

Extra tickets for Graduation

All graduates will receive 10 tickets to the graduation ceremony. Due to the number of
graduates, we are unable to accommodate requests for more than SIX additional tickets (for
a total of 16 per graduate). Tickets will not be issued to students who have outstanding

Requests can be made for 1 additional ticket, up to 6. Please only request as many as you need. THIS FORM CLOSES MAY 2. (Links to an external site.) All requests must be in on/prior to the closing date.

Graduate Parent Information Night

On April 19, from 6-7 p.m. in the HAHS auditorium, we will have a parent information night for parents of graduating seniors.

10:00 a.m. – Cedar Lane School
2:00 p.m. – Hammond High School

Tuesday, May 31

11:00 a.m. – Marriott Ridge High School
3:00 p.m. – Oakland Mills High School
7:00 p.m. – Reservoir High School

Wednesday, June 1

11:00 a.m. – Long Reach High School
3:00 p.m. – Glenelg High School
7:00 p.m. – Howard High School

Thursday, June 2

11:00 a.m. – Atholton High School
3:00 p.m. – Wilde Lake High School
7:00 p.m. – River Hill High School

Friday, June 3

11:00 a.m. – Centennial High School
3:00 p.m. – Mt. Hebron High School

At this time, Merriweather Post Pavilion is not requiring the use of face masks, nor is it requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or testing. Students, staff and guests in attendance are welcome to wear masks if they would like.

The last day for seniors will be Thursday, May 26, 2022.

Graduation-related information is available online, and will be updated as new information becomes available. Schools will communicate with families regarding tickets.
