2024- AP Exam Testing Dates and Locations & Important Information

Testing Dates - May 6th - 10th, May 13th - 17th,and May 22nd -23rd

*As a reminder, all HCPSS schools are closed on May 14th

You must arrive to your testing location 30 min prior to your testing time for check in

**If you arrive after the exam has started, you will not be allowed to take the exam at that time, the doors will be locked. You will need to speak to the AP Coordinator for a possible late testing date.

Please bring the following:
Student ID or/ Gov't Issued ID

Pencils and black/blue ink pen 

Calculator (For Calculator Based Exams)

Snacks and Water (there will be a break during testing) 

 

*7:30AM Arrival for 8AM Exam Students & 8AM Exam (Extended Time) Students - We recommend that you bring a Bag lunch

*****If you are taking back to back exams, you will need to bring a bag lunch as there is limited time for you to eat between exams*****

*11:30AM Arrival for 12PM Exam Students & 12PM Exam (Extended Time) Students - Please make sure you that you have made arrangements for a ride home if you do not drive, the exam will go beyond the school hours and there will be no bus transportation.

 

All bags and cell phones will be placed on the wall behind the proctor

Cell phones must be turned off during testing and cannot be used until testing is over
No smartwatches or headphones/airpods will be allowed during testing
