Schedule an appointment with your Counselor to discuss course requests

STUDENT/COUNSELOR SCHEDULING CONFERENCES

January 6 - February 17

All students will meet with counselors for a virtual course registration appointment to review course requests and graduation plans, just like we would during the normal school year.

Students should enter course requests PRIOR to meeting with counselors. During their meeting, counselors will be able to adjust course requests as needed.

SCHEDULING STUDENT/COUNSELOR CONFERENCES

Open your counselor's calendar (scroll down - links below) and select an available date/time to meet.
Include your name (first and last) and email address in the comments --- especially if you are not logged into your HCPSS account when making the appointment.
Once the appointment is confirmed, it should appear on your calendar. If it doesn't appear on your Google Calendar afterwards, you may need to hit refresh. Save the time and date!
Meeting Links to Conferences will be the same for each appointment (HaHS-counselor - listed below).
Please only book ONE conference with your counselor.
