Learn more about Hammond’s Advanced Research course options GT Independent Research and Intern/Mentor at GT Student/Parent Information Night on Monday, December 9, 2019 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. Both courses offer unique opportunities for students to learn about scholarly research and to complete a research project based on a topic of their choice. IR students stay in school and research their field of interest with Ms. Lerner. Mentor students leave the building for a five hour per week on-site experience in their field of research. Both classes teach scholarly research, writing, time-management, organization, public speaking and more to prepare students for college and beyond. Mark your calendars.
