Prom Ticket Sales—

Prom includes hors d’oeuvre hour, full buffet dinner, dessert bar, beverages and dancing.

Prices: On-line ticket reservation $70 / Lunchtime/after school ticket $75

When:

1. On-Line Reservation: Prom ticket reservations will be sold on-line April 1st through April 24th. (Click here for the link.) Guest forms can be accessed here and must be turned in to the front office no later than Thursday, April 25. No guest forms will be accepted after 2:10 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.

2. Lunchtime Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased April 10th through April 25th during all four lunch periods in the lobby and after school in the GT Resource room for $75.

3.  Reservation Pick-up: Tickets can be picked up April 10th through April 25th during all four lunch periods in the lobby and after school in the GT Resource room.

 

**The on-line reservation service will NOT issue a physical ticket to purchasers; it will only hold the reservation. Students must see Ms. Lerner to pick up the ticket during the reservation pick-up times. Non-Hammond guests will NOT be issued a ticket until the guest form has been approved by the administration, even if the ticket has been purchased on-line. Guest forms can be accessed here and must be turned in to the front office no later than Thursday, April 25.

 

All students entering Prom MUST have a physical ticket and picture ID.

 Hammond High School 2019 After Prom Party - Sponsored by HHS PTSA

Where:

• AMC Theaters at Columbia Mall, 10300 Little Patuxent Pkwy, Columbia 21044

When:

• Immediately after the prom, 11:30 pm to 4:30 am (It is NOT a lock-in.)
• Prom is Friday, May 3 & After Prom is Friday, May 3- Saturday May 4

Who:

• Hammond juniors and seniors and their prom dates.
• Juniors and seniors who do not attend the prom may still attend the After Prom Party but you may not bring a guest.

What: Fun and Memories with your friends!

• Avengers:  End Game
• Great food: Chick-fil-A, Auntie Anne's, Ritas, Pizza, & more!
• Massage chairs, poker, and blackjack
• Hypnotist and roving magician
• Prizes and Raffles and more!!

 

After Prom Party Ticket Basics

• Tickets will be sold separately from Prom tickets. Tickets will be sold during all lunch shifts on Friday, April 26th through Thursday, May 2nd. You must buy your tickets on these dates!
• Tickets are $10 cash or by a check payable to “HHS PTSA”.
• A completed and signed After Prom Party Permission form with the signed Waiver/Release of Liability is required for each ticket at the time of purchase.
• Student ID is required to purchase the ticket and enter the event
• You may only purchase 2 tickets if:
  • You are bringing an HaHS freshman or sophomore who is attending prom as your guest
  • Or
  • You are bringing a non-HaHS guest who is attending the Prom as your guest
• No students will be admitted into the After Prom Party after 12:00 a.m.
• We want everyone to be able to attend, so if there are financial considerations, please see Dr. DiPaula.

How to Buy Your After Prom Party Ticket and Not Miss Lunch

1. Complete the After Prom Permission form with signed Waiver/Release of Liability now!

2. Get all forms SIGNED by your parent/guardian now!

3. Have all completed forms with you along with $10 cash or check to “HHS PTSA” for each ticket.

4. Juniors and seniors must purchase their own tickets.

5. You may attend the After Prom Party even if you don’t attend the Prom

6. All Guests must be attending Prom to attend the After Prom.

7. Buy your ticket as soon as possible

8. Put your ticket in a safe place.

 

How to Have Fun at the After Prom Party

1. Bring your ticket and your ID.

2. Make sure your guest has their ticket and ID.

3. Get to the After Prom Party before 12:00 AM.

4. Want to change into comfy clothes? Use the "coat check" to store your prom gear. Plastic bags provided.

5. Don't bring a bag to the event. All bags subject to search.
